Lead production excellence as a Senior Supervisor at our Nisku facility. Drive operational effectiveness, team management, and process execution in a quick-paced fulfillment center. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Senior Supervisor oversees supervisors, team leads, and associates in a single or multi-shift operation.

This role demands oversight on issue resolution in daily operations and includes full responsibility for labor planning, production processes, and compliance with OHS standards. Your leadership will focus on building collaborative teams, ensuring safety protocols, and driving improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of supervisors and associates across shifts
Serve as the primary contact for operational escalations




Ensure accuracy in production planning and execution
Maintain safety and compliance in the work area
Analyze performance for continuous improvement Requirements:
5+ years in supply chain or production roles
Robust understanding of OHS and Food Safety regulations
Proven leadership experience in large-scale operations
Solid analytical problem-solving skills
