and a performance-based rewards system to ensure that all employees can take pride in their roles and thrive in their careers.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage outbound shipments and transportation schedules based on client ordersPlan and communicate dispatch schedules with carriers and driversMonitor warehouse inbound/outbound status and report inventory discrepanciesRespond promptly to issues during transportation (e.G., delays, damages) and provide updatesPrepare logistics and transportation documents and input data into systems (e.G., BOL, POD)Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teamsDegree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related fieldProficient in English communication (verbal and written)Proficiency in MS Office applicationsStrong multitasking and problem-solving skillsDiligent, responsible, and reliable work attitudePreferred RequirementsExperience with Canadian logistics systems (WMS/TMS)Previous experience as a logistics coordinator in manufacturing/automotive industriesExperience using SAP or other ERP systems
