You will coordinate care with an interprofessional team, perform assessments, develop and adjust care plans, and administer medications to support recovery-oriented care. The role emphasizes motivational interviewing, client advocacy, and family education while maintaining safety and quality standards across settings. A valid BC license and driving access are required.
