Leverage your expertise as a Senior Network and Systems Administrator with the Alberta Securities Commission in Calgary. This hybrid role focuses on secure, resilient network infrastructure and cloud services. As part of the Information Technology team, you will report to the Manager of Infrastructure and Operations.

This position is crucial for enhancing the ASC’s enterprise network, ensuring operational resilience, and facilitating the transition to cloud-based systems while maintaining security and performance. You will face technical challenges that require senior-level design and troubleshooting skills across a variety of platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Design enterprise network infrastructure for the ASC
Manage secure connectivity across data centres and Azure




Administer Fortinet firewalls and Cisco switching infrastructure
Troubleshoot Azure networking components for cloud support
Monitor network performance and recommend improvements Requirements:
Degree or diploma in computing or related field
Minimum seven years of enterprise network experience
Advanced knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet technologies
Robust Azure networking expertise required
