Your insight into manufacturing efficiency will inform training efforts and the execution of the Prestige Performance System. As a subject matter expert, you will implement systematic methodologies like DMAIC and support site-based CI culture.Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic CI training agendas with departments
Manage the Factory Operational Master Plan governance
Lead CI projects to deliver on KPIs and performance
Coach manufacturing teams in process improvement
Analyze performance metrics for ongoing enhancementsRequirements:
7+ years of CI experience in manufacturing
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification mandatory
Demonstrated success in project management
Bachelor's degree in related field required
Understand TPM steps for operational excellence
