LRO Staffing is partnering with an Ottawa residential developer to recruit a Director & Counsel, Private Capital. This role leads securities and compliance, structures investments, and mentors a small team while partnering with finance on deal economics.
The successful candidate will be called to the Canadian Bar, possess post-call experience in funds law, and translate external counsel guidance into compliant processes and policies.
Salary sits at $160k–$175k CAD with a variable component.
