In this position, you will focus on installing, repairing, and replacing exterior siding on both multi-family residential and commercial buildings. Key skills include blueprint interpretation, effective surface preparation, and using hand and power tools safely. Key Responsibilities:
Measure and interpret blueprints for accurate installation
Prepare surfaces and apply caulking for optimal adhesion
Use hand tools to cut, shape,



and install siding materials
Lift and position heavy siding panels safely
