Design and implement recent products for U. S. market entry
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including sponsorship agreements




Advise on corporate structuring and regulatory compliance
Manage legal matters for North American operations
Support corporate governance activities for North American entitiesRequirements:
Law degree in Canada or the U. S.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate law
