You will lead from concept through construction support, mentoring engineers and shaping the substation practice. You will review calculations, develop protection schemes, and ensure compliance with CSA/IEEE standards while collaborating with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-profile projects.
