Perform legal review and approval of contracts
Draft and negotiate high-risk commercial agreements
Assist in compliance with contract management procedures
Conduct legal research and prepare legal advice
Compile reports on legal activities and risks Requirements:
Bachelor of Law or Juris Doctor degree
Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering or construction law
At least 3 years’ post-admission experience in Ontario
Solid negotiation and communication skills
