As a nanny matching service, we are currently looking for a truly reliable, experienced, and consistent nanny / mother’s helper for a family with two children, ages 3 years and 2 months. The position is available to start as soon as possible. The ideal schedule would be Monday to Thursday, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, plus one additional evening each week, preferably Saturday. Some flexibility may be possible, with the fifth evening alternating between Friday and Saturday (one Friday and one Saturday every two weeks). If Saturday availability cannot be found, a Monday-to-Friday schedule could also be considered, although Saturday would be preferred. The total would be 20 to 25 hours per week but if you prefer a full time (35 to 40 hours a week), the family will be happy to ad more hours for the right candidate. The nanny will act as a Mother’s Helper, supporting the mother wherever help is needed. This may include caring for the children, helping with their routines and activities, or taking care of everyday household tasks so the mother can focus on her children. The home is very organized and well-maintained, so keeping it clean, tidy, and running smoothly will be an important part of the role. General housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, and tidying will be required, but no deep cleaning (they do have cleaners). The ideal candidate will:

- Be reliable, experienced, and consistent
- Have previous experience caring for newborns and infants




- Have a good understanding of infant and child development and age-appropriate needs
- Be warm, gentle, nurturing, and able to handle situations calmly and confidently
- Be responsible, self-directed, organized, and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
- Be comfortable helping keep the kitchen and main living areas clean, tidy, and organized throughout the shift
- Be comfortable doing laundry
- Be looking for a long-term position and interested in building a solid relationship with the family
- Be fluent in English; French is a bonus

The expected hourly rate is approximately $22/hour, with flexibility up to $27/hour for the right candidate, depending on qualifications and experience. Before applying, please carefully review the following requirements:
