Primarily Day Shifts

Candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts including Early Morning, Afternoon, and Flexible Availability to meet Business Demands

FULL TIME Position, not suitable for Students

In this position you will:

- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team workplace and manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Manage inventory and ordering
- Prepare the weekly restaurant schedule
- Managing the restaurant to ensure financial targets are met as well as Tim Hortons operating standards
- Growing the business and sales

Requirements

- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Must be physically capable of standing for long periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous Management experience (2 plus years)
