Role Overview

Provide production support for a portfolio of Client Technology and Global Investment Banking applications (Salesforce, Dealogic, Capital IQ, etc.), ensuring stability, automation, and efficient release management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for front office users across global platforms
- Manage incident, problem, and change (ITIL) processes
- Coordinate releases, bug fixes, and enhancements with internal teams and vendors
- Improve system reliability through monitoring and automation (DevOps/CI-CD)
- Perform capacity planning and disaster recovery coordination
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing
- Partner with business, technology, and compliance teams
- Participate in on-call / weekend release rotation

Experience Required

7 to 12 years of experience in Application/Production Support





Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms strongly preferred

- Production Support (L2/L3) in enterprise applications
- Scripting / Automation: Python (or similar)
- Systems & Databases: Linux/Windows + SQL
- ITIL Processes: Incident, Problem, Change Management
- Monitoring & Stability mindset (proactive support, root cause analysis)

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

- Monitoring Tools: Geneos, AppDynamics, Dynatrace
- Scheduling Tools: Control-M / Autosys
- DevOps / CI-CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible
- Exposure to Cloud & Modern Tech: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Salesforce / Capital Markets platforms
