Become a crucial part of The Salvation Army's Christmas Kettle Campaign as a Kettle Supervisor. You will oversee staff schedules, facilitate training for volunteers, and foster positive relationships at kettle sites. Being adaptable is essential, as you’ll manage varying shifts and respond to emergency staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with promoting the Christmas Kettle Campaign
Oversee scheduling for staff and volunteers
Conduct orientation and performance management
Maintain positive relationships with kettle sites
Coordinate daily kettle delivery and security Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License
Minimum of one year in community programs
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
