Capgemini is seeking an SAP EHS Lead to spearhead design and deployment efforts in their greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. Applicants should have robust experience in SAP EHS solution design and a strong background in stakeholder engagement and project delivery. Key responsibilities include managing business requirements and upholding SAP best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead SAP EHS implementation and integration projects
• Optimize business processes and engage stakeholders




• Conduct fit-to-standard workshops for project alignment
• Ensure data migration and testing are accurate
• Oversee change management and deployment activities

Requirements:
• Minimum 10-15 years of SAP EHS experience
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP EHS implementations
• Utility industry knowledge required
• Experience with greenfield SAP S/4HANA projects
• Relevant SAP certifications preferred
