Lead the HR function at Rebel Vac Systems as Vice President, Human Capital in Red Deer, Alberta. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.

As the sole HR expert, you will build Rebel’s human capital function from the ground up, establishing HR policies, practices, and systems to support organizational growth across Canada and the U.S. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team while focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build HR infrastructure and develop policies from scratch
• Partner with the C-Suite on human capital strategies
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with laws
• Implement talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives
• Foster a culture of accountability and respect

Requirements:
• CPHR designation required
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Solid knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Experience in operationally focused environments
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
