Affirm is searching for a seasoned Compliance Manager to oversee compliance advisory within the Card program. With over 8 years of experience in compliance, you will navigate regulatory frameworks, partner across teams, and resolve compliance issues effectively. Your strategic oversight will ensure that the Affirm Card features remain innovative and align with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own compliance advisory across card marketing and onboarding
• Conduct root-cause analysis for compliance issues
• Review marketing and UX for regulatory compliance
• Partner with Legal and Risk for audits and exams
• Maintain and enhance compliance training materials
Requirements:
• 8+ years in compliance advisory in financial services
• Deep knowledge of EFTA and TILA regulations
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Solid communication skills for presenting complex issues
• Independent decision-making in compliance matters
