Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes
• Act as primary client contact for project inquiries




• Regularly monitor site progress and quality of work
• Oversee daily construction activities to meet schedules
• Negotiate and monitor subcontracts and major purchases

Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in construction management
• Degree or Diploma in relevant field
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Experience with healthcare projects is a plus
