This full time role reports to the COO and involves sourcing qualified franchisees through diligent prospecting and effective sales strategies. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to create a strong pipeline of candidates. Your impact will shape successful franchise openings by ensuring each candidate aligns with Pizzaiolo's quality-driven ethos.

Key Responsibilities:
• Personally source and engage prospective franchisees
• Develop relationships in priority markets for future openings




• Maintain a structured assessment process for candidates
• Lead presentations, due diligence, and candidate follow-up
• Create marketing materials that showcase Pizzaiolo's value

Requirements:
• Five years in franchise recruitment or development
• Proven record in franchise sales and agreements
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to assess financial and operational capacities
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
