The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in security operations.Shifts are from 0800 to 1600 - Monday to Friday40 hours per week - Shift schedules may vary depending on operational requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support security guards during daily site operationsProvide training on site-specific tasks, procedures, and expectationsMaintain explicit and professional communication with staff and managementEnsure compliance with all security protocols, licensing requirements, and Controlled Goods standardsMonitor performance, provide coaching,
