Program Coordinator - Support Worker Central (Contract/Full-Time)Location: (BC / Remote)Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Friday Job Summary Vela Canada is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of Support Worker Central programming and resources. This role coordinates day-to-day program operations, supports outreach and stakeholder engagement, maintains accurate documentation, and contributes to reporting and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily program operations and ensure tasks and deliverables stay on track Respond to inquiries from participants, partners, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner Plan and support workshops/webinars (scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, logistics) Assist with content updates for program resources, tools, and communications Track service metrics, outcomes, and basic program data for reporting Maintain organized program records, templates, and documentation Liaise with partners, service providers,
