The successful candidate will be responsible for leading,
supporting and delivering quality work products to support our clients in a variety of industries.The responsibilities of this role include:Generating instrumentation drawingsCreating P&IDsGenerating panel schematics and PLC loop diagramsGenerating shutdown keys and acting as a member of HazopWriting reports and communicating with customersMay be required to travel to job sites for field work, commissioning and supportMentoring less experienced engineers and technologists within the teamQualificationsMust be legally eligible to work in CanadaA degree in electrical /instrumentation engineering from an accredited institutionMinimum of 10-15 years of Canadian related work experience preferably from oil and gas and mining industriesMust be a registered Skilled Engineer within CanadaFamiliarity with instrumentation in the Oil & Gas/mining sector and/or heavy industryExperience with PLC wiring and IO schematics and control systemsExperience with control narratives and logic diagramsUnderstanding of SIS and SIL ratingsExperience with PLC programming and HMI developmentWorking knowledge of Canadian Electrical CodeMust have strong Auto CAD and MS Office SkillsRSLOGIX5000, Wonderware, and Factor Talk are all plusesAdditional InformationSacré-Davey offers a competitive compensation package, as well as a creative, cohesive work environment and continuous opportunity for development.#J-18808-Ljbffr
