Role Description
Primary responsibility is to oversee and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout our operations. Lead safety training programs, conduct audits, and ensure that all drivers and staff adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Role also involves investigating and addressing safety incidents,
implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Regulatory Compliance and Safety Compliance protocols
- Demonstrated knowledge of all types of vehicles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Formal problem-solving techniques, reporting, investigations experience
- Hands on with a sense of urgency, ability to manage under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Job Types: Full-time, Casual
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
