PRIDE Seeds, part of GDM, is seeking a self-motivated Sales Agronomist for a one-year maternity leave contract.

You’ll collaborate with the Sales and Agronomy teams to promote seed products, manage trials, and optimize profitability. This position requires strong relationship-building with growers and robust sales capabilities to foster growth and success. Key Responsibilities:

- Optimize sales for PRIDE Seeds products
- Build relationships with growers and sales teams
- Collaborate with District Sales Manager on promotions
- Lead extensive trial programs with plot cooperators
- Conduct product training with dealers and growers Requirements:
- University Degree in Agriculture or Agronomy
- Minimum three years in sales agronomy
- Solid sales and account management experience
- Robust communication and presentation skills
