YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome, guide, and advise customers with the goal of driving sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Assess customer requests and recommend products and services tailored to their specific needs;
- Present and promote the services and benefits of the SPI solution;
- Respond to customer inquiries and identify new business opportunities;
- Ensure that established branch standards are maintained at all times, including merchandising, receiving and shipping, and general upkeep;
- Participate in training sessions and stay up to date on recent products and developments;
- Support the warehouse team as required.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 1 to 3 years of retail sales experience;
- Ability to lift more than 25 lbs;
- Comfortable using new technologies;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
