Amico seeks a knowledgeable Project Manager to oversee various ICI construction projects. This role requires expertise built over 10-15 years, specifically within Healthcare and Long-Term Care Facilities. You will engage in all project activities, from procurement to final execution, ensuring compliance with Amico’s health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead work activities on assigned ICI projects
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Supervise subcontractors and project teams effectively
• Coordinate job site activities with Site Superintendents
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of Project Management experience
• Expertise in Healthcare and Long-Term Care Facilities
• Post-secondary education in Engineering/Construction Management
• PMP certification considered an asset
• Valid G Class driver's license required
