Key Responsibilities:
• Lead teams and multiple projects effectively
• Collaborate closely with Divisions for Maximo configuration
• Facilitate Divisional workshops and document functional designs




• Manage product testing and assist in code promotion
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and track project issues

Requirements:
• 15+ years with IBM Maximo MAS and 7.6.x
• 12+ years on large-scale Maximo implementations
• Expertise in solution design and post-implementation support
• Strong leadership in development teams
• Experience in data migration and enterprise integrations
