With a long history of delivering high-quality projects and a strong commitment to safety and innovation, they are seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.The Sheet Metal Mechanical Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing project execution, managing budgets and schedules, and leading both field and office teams to ensure successful delivery of complex mechanical construction projects.Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of mechanical construction projects from pre-construction to closeoutManage day-to-day site operations, including Superintendents, Foremen, and Project CoordinatorsDevelop, monitor, and update project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsOversee contract administration, subcontractor negotiations, and change order managementCoordinate procurement, material release, and equipment expeditingEnsure accurate progress billing, cost control, and overall financial performancePrepare and manage project documentation, submittals, and reportingLead pre-construction turnover and post-construction closeout meetingsMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants,



and internal stakeholdersEnsure compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirementsSupport tender coordination and collaborate with estimating and senior leadershipThe successful candidate has: Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in mechanical constructionProven track record managing projects with contract values from $1 M – $50 MExperience preparing detailed project estimates, budgets, and take-offsFamiliarity with contract delivery models such as Fixed Price, Construction Management, GMP, and Fixed FeeEngineering degree or CET designation considered an assetProficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Procore, Accubid, Live Count, or similar project management softwareStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsCompensation and advantages: Competitive compensation package based on experienceCandidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be consideredComprehensive benefits packageCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
