Blaney McMurtry LLP is seeking a full-time Family Law Lawyer in Toronto, Ontario to manage a variety of family law issues. The ideal candidate will have strong support, property, and parenting law experience.

This position requires a full time lawyer with 1 to 3+ years in Family Law. Candidates must demonstrate excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills. Successful individuals should be detail-oriented and able to independently manage files while assisting senior counsel on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage family law files independently and with senior counsel
• Draft legal documents related to support and property issues
• Research parenting laws and relevant case law




• Provide analytical insights on complex family law matters
• Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations

Requirements:
• 1 to 3+ years of Family Law experience
• Strong academic credentials combined with legal expertise
• Excellent drafting and research capabilities
