As the Manager/Team Lead, you will support engineers and designers, ensuring the balance of workloads and effective execution of projects following the Stage-Gate process. Key aspects of this role include developing team capabilities and providing technical guidance while fostering a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers
• Support team through feedback and mentorship
• Allocate resources across active projects
• Monitor workload and resolve resource conflicts
• Serve as escalation point for project concerns

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in engineering leadership
• Experience with product development and project management
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng. or P.E.) preferred
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
