Manage a portfolio of casualty and commercial claims
Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and evaluate claims
Negotiate settlements within your delegated authority
Identify opportunities for early resolutions
Maintain accurate claim documentation throughout the lifecycle Requirements:
CIP designation completed or in progress with 5 years experience
Robust negotiation and communication skills
Creative and team-oriented mindset in team settings
Knowledge of risk management practices
