As a key team member, you will focus on property risk assessments and loss prevention strategies. Engaging with local contractors and inspecting properties will allow you to provide insightful recommendations to optimize client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on recent and prospect businesses
Collaborate effectively with brokers and internal departments
Inspect residential properties and assess high-value finishes




Advise stakeholders on loss mitigation and prevention solutions
Assist underwriters with new business acquisitions and account retention Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in property risk assessment or loss prevention
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proven organizational and time management skills
