Actively engage customers and drive sales to meet and exceed targets
Provide knowledgeable product advice and help customers find the right solutions
Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and current promotions
Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a productive store environment
Promote our employee benefits and purchase program to new hires
Requirements:
Strong sales drive and a proven track record in sales (retail experience preferred)
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Genuine interest in appliances, furniture, hot tubs, mattresses, and electronics
Available to work Tuesday through Saturday each week
