As a Residential Support Worker, you'll provide therapeutic and activity-based support while helping clients set goals and safety plans.
Your responsibilities will include crisis intervention, case management, and maintaining a positive residential atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate support to women and children in shelter
Facilitate therapeutic and structured group programming
Conduct personal safety assessments and crisis interventions
Manage administrative tasks and maintain client documentation
Handle food preparation and general housekeeping duties Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Social Work or related field
First Aid/CPR and ASIST certifications
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Experience in crisis intervention and support roles
Commitment to feminist, anti-oppressive service practices Support women and children through positive intervention as a Residential Support Worker.
