CLEM Contracting is looking for an experienced and reliable Renovation Technician Subcontractor to complete residential interior renovation projects.
We are looking for someone who is experienced, dependable and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate should be able to confidently complete renovation work from start to finish while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
The Work
Renovation projects may include
Bathroom renovations
Kitchen renovations
Basement renovations
Demolition and preparation
Framing
Drywall
Flooring and trim
Painting
Tiling
Minor Electrical
Minor plumbing
Finish carpentry
General renovation and repair work
What We're Looking For
3 years of residential renovation experience
Experience with bathrooms, kitchens and basements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to complete renovation tasks efficiently and to a high standard
Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Reliable, punctual and dependable
Qualified and respectful when working in clients' homes
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements
Own reliable truck/vehicle
Own tools required to complete the work
Valid driver's licence
Able to travel throughout Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas
Appropriate insurance and documentation required for subcontracting
