The Resident Care

Manager will report to the Director of Care and manage Resident Care Services.

Responsibilities include recruitment, staff training, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for recent residents. You will also oversee care plan development, conduct performance appraisals, and uphold compliance with provincial standards throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and train nursing staff effectively
Provide regular performance feedback to teams
Schedule and oversee resident care conferences
Maintain high standards of resident service orientation
Lead the department in Director's absence Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
5 years in a leadership role
Knowledge of provincial legislation in Alberta, BC, Ontario
Experience with Dementia care
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred Drive exceptional care standards and shape a positive setting for residents at AgeCare.
