You will serve as the primary HR contact, balancing a variety of responsibilities including workforce planning and employee relations. The role requires solid judgment as you’ll navigate sensitive employee situations and support leaders in their decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR partner for assigned sites
Manage employee relations, performance issues, and investigations
Support leaders in capability development and HR processes




Lead return-to-work and accommodation planning
Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives and action plansRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
5–7 years of progressive HR experience in relevant fields
Solid knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Valid driver’s license for site travel
