Bruce Honda is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and expertise while operating an efficient and profitable sales team.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team, including assigning tasks, providing coaching, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Manage time clock and handle employee time off and vacation requests.
- Support the team by providing assistance, including training, tools, and coverage during absences.
- Setup and reconcile auto billing and depreciation for leases in the Leasing Department.
- Process invoices using Yooz.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Reconcile schedules with the team to ensure accuracy.
- Oversee and track the usage of gift cards and deposit cards for all stores.
- Post and reconcile statements.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes.
- Process EFT and cheque runs.

Successful Candidates Possess:

- Understanding of financial concepts
- Post-Secondary education




- Strong Background in Sales and proven sales record
- 3 years of experience in Management and Leadership
- Valid Driver’s License

Working Conditions

- Fixed pay with bonus structure
- Regular business hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays on rotation
- Fast-paced/High stress
