Our mining client is seeking a SAP GRC and IAG Analyst (2-3 years of experience) to support SAP Security, SAP GRC, and Identity Access Governance processes across SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP environments

Join a leading mining organization supporting SAP security, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across enterprise SAP landscapes. This role focuses on SAP application security, access governance, audit readiness, and compliance activities supporting SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP applications. The position works closely with business users, auditors, cybersecurity teams, and SAP functional teams to maintain secure and compliant access controls.

This is an initial one-year contract based in Vancouver.

Must Haves

- 2-3 years in SAP Application Security and SAP GRC implementation or support
- Understanding of SAP security concepts, authorization objects, role building, and user permission management processes
- Foundational knowledge of Identity Access Governance (IAG), governance, risk management, and compliance solutions
- Experience supporting compliance, audit activities, and access management processes within SAP environments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



Cybersecurity, Business Technology Management, or a related field

Nice to Have

- Exposure to SAP solutions for managing identity access controls
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Cloud ALM
- Understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), IT General Controls (ITGC), and compliance frameworks
- SAP Security or SAP GRC certifications

Responsibilities

- Support compliance with audit requirements, access management standards, and IT General Controls (ITGC)
- Assist with Segregation of Duties (SoD) monitoring, mitigation activities, and access reviews
- Support the coordination of SAP security roles, profiles, and user access
- Assist with user provisioning, access modifications, deprovisioning, and role assignments
- Perform access analysis and support role design activities aligned with security standards
- Support the administration and maintenance of SAP GRC and Identity Access Governance (IAG) solutions
- Maintain security procedures, standards, and operational documentation

12 month Contract, Vancouver, 3 days per week Hybrid, Working Hours: 37.5/week PST
