Our mining client is seeking a SAP GRC & IAG Specialist (7-9 years of experience) to design and support SAP governance, risk, and compliance solutions using SAP GRC, SAP IAG, and SAP S/4HANA

Join a large-scale ERP security and compliance initiative supporting SAP governance across enterprise and cloud environments within the mining industry. This role focuses on SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), SAP application security, and access governance initiatives aligned with ITGC and Segregation of Duties requirements. The position supports SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud applications while partnering with audit, cybersecurity, and technical teams on compliance and risk management activities.

This is an initial one-year contract supporting enterprise-wide SAP security and governance programs.

Must Haves

- 7-9 years implementing and supporting SAP GRC and SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG)
- Hands-on SAP Application Security and authorization concepts across SAP environments
- Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), compliance monitoring, and audit requirements
- Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP Cloud ALM
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business Technology Management, or related field

Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA security and authorization concepts
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and integration frameworks
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and service management tools
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS)
- SAP GRC, SAP Security, Cybersecurity,



or Risk Management certifications

Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Identity Access Governance solutions
- Manage access request workflows, role provisioning, risk analysis, and emergency access management processes
- Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and support remediation activities
- Support compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements across SAP platforms
- Conduct risk assessments, compliance reviews, and access control testing activities
- Support SAP application security initiatives across SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions
- Document findings, remediation plans, risk assessments, and testing results
