Citi is seeking a Senior Leader for its Domestic Payments division, driving innovation and strategy in Canada’s payment ecosystem. This pivotal role includes product management, team leadership, and market engagement.
In this position, you will oversee the domestic payment product portfolio, guiding the strategic roadmap while managing P&L; and fostering team development. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Corporate Banking, and cross-functional teams to position Citi's product capabilities effectively and shape the future of payment infrastructure for major corporates and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and execute the strategic roadmap for payment products
• Manage product revenues, pricing strategies, and transaction growth
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts
• Collaborate on market commercialization and respond to high-value RFPs
• Represent Citi in industry committees and working groups
Requirements:
• 15+ years in financial services or fintech
• 10+ years in transaction banking product management
• 5+ years in people leadership roles
• Knowledge of Canada's clearing and settlement ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
