Piper Companies is seeking a skilled Senior LMS Administrator to manage the Canvas LMS administration and ensure its optimization. You will work closely with internal teams and partners, focusing on system reliability and enhancing user experience. Your expertise in LMS and systems integration will be pivotal in guiding program launches and improving automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize the Canvas LMS for user access and configurations
• Monitor performance and manage system upgrades and troubleshooting
• Support integrations with Salesforce, SIS, and APIs
• Provide escalated Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
• Enhance LMS standards, workflows, and user experience
Requirements:
• 7+ years of LMS administration experience, ideally with Canvas
• Solid integration expertise with APIs and SSO tools
• Experience in Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred: Higher education experience and Salesforce integrations
