Daily Responsibilities Include
Manage all customer success projects including:
Maintain project schedules, both initial and ongoing
Work Breakdown
Backlog Management
Customer Coordination
Internal team communications
Risk Mitigation
Status Updates
Escalations
Develop templates and best practices to ensure the best, most rapid results
Required Experience
10+ years of high tech project management experience
PMP certified
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Strong analytical skills
Ideal Experience
Experience with industrial automation or machine learning solutions
