You’ll write detailed estimates, check in vehicles, and ensure effective communication throughout the repair process.This position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience and robust sales skills. As a key contributor, you'll be responsible for finalizing estimates, completing customer paperwork, and providing status updates. The role demands physical activity and familiarity with CCC1 or similar software to ensure productive operations.Key Responsibilities:
Write accurate estimates for vehicle repairs
Conduct process reviews and check in vehicles
Finalize customer paperwork prior to delivery
Communicate repair progress to customers
Comply with safety standards and guidelinesRequirements:
2+ years of collision estimating experience
Valid Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
Experience with CCC1 or similar software
Sales experience preferred
