St. Joe's is hiring a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for the Reactivation Care Centre Dundas. This temporary fixed-term full time position supports a short-stay rehabilitation unit, with a 15-month contract and a daily schedule including days and nights.

The RPN will provide care, assessment, and collaboration with RNs to ensure secure, effective rehabilitation and discharge planning for older adults and cognitively impaired patients. BCLS/HCP and Ontario RN registration are required.
