This part time position requires at least three years of payroll experience and proficiency in Excel. You will also assist in ensuring data integrity and respond to payroll-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Update payroll and HR data in Workday effectively
Respond to payroll inquiries from team members
Manage daily operations using Time and Labor systems
Analyze and process payroll journal entries
Issue Records of Employment as required Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
Proficient in Workday or similar payroll systems
Solid Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
Bilingual in French and English for collaboration
