FISPAN, based in downtown Vancouver, is seeking a Documentation & Enablement Specialist. In this key role, you will connect Product, Engineering, and Customer Success by transforming complex technical concepts into easily digestible documentation. You will manage the documentation lifecycle, while also designing engaging training materials for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write and maintain high-quality API documentation
• Utilize documentation tools like Confluence for effective content management
• Manage project documentation using Jira




• Collaborate closely with Product teams on training materials
• Design visually compelling training content using LMS platforms
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with Markdown and basic HTML/CSS
• Solid organizational skills for project management
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or related field
