Join the Summit Equipment & Repair team as a Remote Apprentice Truck & Trailer Mechanic. This role features hands-on training in the diagnostic and repair processes of heavy vehicles. In this full time remote position, you will gain invaluable experience supporting the maintenance and repair of the heavy-duty fleet.

Working alongside seasoned mechanics, you'll develop skills in equipment diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and vehicle repairs. Your success hinges on a strong mechanical mindset and commitment to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain heavy trucks and trailers consistently
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures
Produce thorough inspection reports for maintenance records
Enforce health and safety practices on the job
Assist with repairs in office and during road calls Requirements:
Registered as an Apprentice Truck & Transport Mechanic
Demonstrated experience in truck maintenance and repair tasks
Valid, clean Class 5 driver’s license
Solid understanding of safety standards
