You will coach a team of representatives, monitor performance metrics, and handle escalations to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Remote role with periodic in-office needs.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in customer service and 1+ year in a leadership role, plus solid communication and problem-solving skills. English/French bilingualism is a plus.
