Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and develop tailored nursing care plans

Coordinate patient care and establish nursing priorities
Guide patients and families on health maintenance practices
Maintain detailed records in compliance with healthcare standards

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
Current BCCNM registration necessary
Two years of clinical experience required
Interested in earning Nephrology certification
Proficient in initiating and managing IV therapy
